Notice of Upcoming Q3 2024 Earnings Release and Earnings Presentation on 26 November 2024

Copenhagen, 11 November 2024 - Cadeler A/S (NYSE: CDLR / OSE: CADLR) plans to announce its Q3 earnings release, disclosing financial results for the first three quarters of 2024, at approximately 08:00 CET on 26 November 2024. The Q3 earnings release will be available on Cadeler’s website at www.cadeler.com/investor. 

Cadeler will host a live video webcast presentation for the investment community on the same day.

Mikkel Gleerup, Chief Executive Officer, and Peter Brogaard Hansen, Chief Financial Officer, will present live from London at 08:00 EST / 13:00 UK / 14:00 CET. The earnings presentation is open to all interested parties and may include forward-looking information. Publishing research analysts will be provided an opportunity to ask company management live questions on the call.
